Our Short-term Programme
(Primary Programme)
Utilising Group Therapy and Individual Therapy our highly skilled Addiction Professionals offer the focused attention and support deserving of our clients. The combination of their various therapeutic techniques ensures the best long-term outcomes for sobriety.
Our 28-day and 3 month therapeutic treatment model for recovery is underpinned by a holistic approach combining motivational interviewing, interpersonal group therapy, individual therapy, creative and experiential therapy alongside the facilitation of the 12 Step Programme. We place a strong emphasis on personalised care and individual attention. Our team takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and customs the treatment plan accordingly to foster a deeper level of healing and growth.
We suggest that clients who have completed our Primary Programme continue their journey of recovery as an outpatient by engaging in continued therapy made available by our various professionals.
Our Long-term Programme
(Secondary Programme)
The benefit of our Secondary Programme is that it is an extension of the Primary Programme and focusses on core life skills necessary for our clients to become the best versions of themselves. Our holistic approach complements the traditional 12-step model, offering a comprehensive foundation for lasting recovery.
While our Primary Programme lays a strong foundation for recovery, research and experience have shown that longer treatment durations yield better outcomes. Clients who spend a longer time in a rehabilitation programme have a better chance of living successful lives.
The focus of our Secondary Programme is extensive, and attention is applied to help our valued clients to understand and change the behaviours of active addiction by utilising the tools of recovery in a safe supervised environment. This is achieved through individual and group therapy sessions, the 12 Step Recovery Programme and by encouraging clients to participate in normal, everyday activities which incorporates a working environment.
We recognise that addiction recovery is a complex process that requires time, commitment, and ongoing care. That is why we recommend a minimum of 6 months for our Secondary Programme, however, we understand that every individual’s circumstances are unique, and our team is dedicated to developing individualised treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs.
We provide:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most effective means of treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a common type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). Our esteemed professionals provide a safe environment in which our clients become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking to view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
This form of therapy is especially effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions and has proven to be effective for treating and managing conditions such as:
• Borderline Personality Disorder • Self-harm • Suicidal thoughts and tendencies • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder • Depression • Anxiety
Our respected clients benefit from this form of therapy by learning to accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors and by helping them learn to change their behaviours and ultimately their life experience.
